The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota needs your help. It is time to work together to educate state policymakers about brain injury and how the 2011 state budget agreement may impact you, your loved one or the individuals that you work with. Minnesota Stroke Association joins the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota on Facebook and Twitter
Many of you are fans of the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota's Facebook page – an online community that has grown to over 900 fans since it started in 2010. Some of you follow our daily updates on Twitter, which has grown to 630 followers in the last year.
Facebook and Twitter are fantastic ways to keep up with Association events and updates as well as read news stories that concern developments in brain injury around the world. But, they are also opportunities to build an online community.
You may not be aware that the Minnesota Stroke Association now has a presence on Facebook and Twitter as well. It's in its early days, but growing, and we need your help to make it bigger. Spa...ahhh!!! a Benefit for the Minnesota Stroke Association
Interested in a morning of rest and relaxation? Join the Women of Today as they sponsor Spa...ahhh!! a benefit for the Minnesota Stroke Association – whose mission is "to raise awareness about stroke and to enhance the quality of life for all people coping with its sudden and long term effects."
Spa…ahhh!! will feature mini spa treatments, massage, a silent auction and much more. Join the Women of Today on Saturday, October 29 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Crystal Lake Golf Course. Mankato Brain Injury Support Group
Individuals in the Mankato area are invited to attend the Mankato Brain Injury Support Group on Thursday, November 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. The group will meet at the Snell Motors Community Room in the Snell Motors building at 1900 Madison Ave in Mankato.

This bi-weekly electronic publication is sent to more than 5,500 professionals, paraprofessionals and persons with brain injury and their families.
The cost to run a classified ad of up to 250 words is $20 for one edition or $30 for two editions. Ads must be submitted in electronic form to receive this rate. Ads submitted in hard copy will be charged an additional $15 administrative fee.
