The Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance hosts several events for the general public and professionals who support individuals affected by brain injury in an effort to create a supportive community.

Annual Events:

Each March is Brain Injury Awareness Month through Minnesota and the rest of the United States. We can take the 31 days of March and celebrate the journey, recognize all of the obstacles people have overcome, and recognize the losses people have experience and we can work towards creating better support and communities for people with brain injury.

The 2018 Annual Conference for Professionals in Brain Injury was held on April 12 and 13, 2018 at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.

In 2018, the Consumer and Family Conferences will take place on Saturday, October 20 at New Life Presbyterian Church in Roseville. Click here for more information.

Events with the Minnesota Stroke Association

The 2018 Strides for Stroke took place on Saturday, May 19 at three locations in Minnesota:

  • Duluth - Canal Park
  • Saint Cloud - CentraCare Health Plaza
  • Twin Cities - Long Lake Regional Park in New Brighton
